Many times I can right-click on a YouTube video and get a list of choices that includes video info (and I think it was called "Debug Info" at an earlier time). Sometimes I don't see that information. I don't know if it is related to the fact that I have RealPlayer SP Plus or if it is part of the Adobe Flash Player plugin (addon).

My thoughts on video

Getting that sort of frame lag is normal, since the youtube video page is simply just an embed. So every time you click on a video, a video bar loads and streams the video live, right on the browser. The only difference with this is that this video right here is a recording. Basically, if you downloaded it, you would get it at 100% no frame loss. Embeds have lags, mp4 downloads do not.
