Happy Veteran's Day To Me

Happy Veteran's Day To Me

I am a Veteran.

Over thirty-eight years ago,

On November 2, 1972 -

I raised my right hand,

In Fresno,

California, USA.

And POOF - I became a Man.

All by myself, I got aboard a Jet;

Bound for San Antonio, TX;

The location for basic training
 for any personnel that is related
to the United States Air Force!

Lackland AFB, San Antonio, Texas.

I had a little lunch prepared;

And had with me a book by

Isaac Asimov, Called: I, Robot

I know you are a veteran, since you used to serve in the Air Force. My dad went through basic training, and after an x amount of months, he became an Airman. Now, he's a Captain. Basic traning and officer training are two types of training that those in the military have to witness. It's a rough process, it's certainly something I couldn't do.

There was a movie based on that book starring Will Smith. I only watched like...some of the movie. I didn't like it that much.

If you noticed the date that I enlisted (Nov 2) is the same as your video on Depression that I had anticipated more than a year ago. I also have a friend in the Army that is twenty years younger than me that live in Arizona (same time zone always). I met him through what I tell most people; a magic school.

I think I mentioned before that I don't pay income taxes because more source of income is from a VA pension and Social Security Disabiblity. And I recently found out that I don't even have to pay property tax as being a 100% Disabled Vet.

My Internet service from AT&T was turned on at 8 PM PST, but tomorrow I am going to UCLA to be paid of a Research Study.

BTW I have finally replace that depressing video on my kcjenner0 YouTube account with a video that I made with the new AT&T Smart Phone - an Android O/S from Google made by Samsung showing the location of where Telautograph/OMNIFAX business used be where I worked for about 12 years.

And you were the only person that cared about my mother's passing away. I remember you saying - hang in there. Well, my mother was a strong survivor and so am I.

Re: Reply to Veterans Day post

I thought your father was in the Army. I have a friend that did like I did, but joined the Army. He lives in Scottdale, AZ and my real older and living brother lives on a street named Scottsdale Way.

My mother gave birth to three sons, I am the youngest of the three and the middle son died before I was born.

On Tuesday I have to go to ZIP CODE 90073 to the WLA-VA at 1PM PST time to have tooth number 25 yanked by some DENTISTs from PERSIA or IRAN! And if you take the last 2 digits of the VA ZIP CODE that matched the age that my mother died, but she thought she would die about the same age and her mother. But she lived eight more years and I now have most of hear piano books. Two electric keyboards and I recently restrung my acoustical guiter and turned it with a device I bought with my Best Buy Credit Card.
