Yes, I do believe in health foods. I will be upload a video that I made with a cell in my apartment about scrambled eggs from the Ralph's store that don't use real eggs but are very healthy that I made in a microwave oven.

The video will also contain how I used some healthy Oatmeal microwaveable in pouches that I added some healthy non-fat strawberry yogurt.
